The Goliath Zapier app uses OAuth — you connect once from inside Zapier and every Zap from then on reuses the same connection. There are no API keys or webhook secrets to copy around.

Connecting

1

Click Connect in Zapier

On any Goliath trigger or action, click Connect a new account. Zapier opens a popup pointed at Goliath.
2

Authorize Goliath access

Sign in to your Goliath workspace if you aren’t already, then click Authorize on the consent screen.
3

Done

Zapier remembers the connection for every future Zap that uses Goliath.
You can also start the connection from inside Goliath: open Settings → Integrations and click Connect Zapier, which takes you to the Goliath app on Zapier.

What the connection gives Zapier access to

Once you authorize, Zapier can:
  • Read and create contacts in your Goliath workspace
  • Add tags, notes, contributors, and additional phones / emails to existing contacts
  • Receive notifications when contacts get tagged
The connection is scoped to your user and your workspace — Zapier can’t see contacts in other organizations, and it can’t read or modify deals, properties, billing, or any other workspace data. Actions taken by Zapier are attributed to your user in Goliath’s audit trail, the same way they would be if you’d done them yourself in the app.

Disconnecting

You can revoke the connection from either side:
  • From Zapier: Open My Apps, find Goliath, and click Disconnect. Any active Zaps using that connection will stop running.
  • From Goliath: Open Settings → Integrations and remove the Zapier connection.
When a connection is revoked, Goliath cleans up any active triggers tied to it automatically — you don’t need to turn off your Zaps one by one first.
